The Beginning

Spike's Breezeway Cocktail Hour on YouTube arose from the pandemic's challenges when Spike, lead singer of The Hula Girls, couldn't perform due to lockdowns. Determined to entertain, he fulfilled his once far off dream of sharing tiki cocktails on YouTube from his home bar, The Breezeway. Through tutorials and lively banter with a myriad of guests from the retro scene, Spike's show became a global beacon of camaraderie and entertainment, providing a taste of socializing and cocktail culture during tough times.

Currently

Since launching his channel, Spike has amassed over 28,000 YouTube subscribers, developed a wide range of merchandise, earned recognition at the Las Vegas Golden Tiki with a shrunken head tribute, and recently introduced his own rum blend in collaboration with renowned rum expert Ed Hamilton.
