In 2024 we held the Breezeway Blend Cocktail Contest. There are user-submitted recipes. The grand winner will be announced in mid-2025.

The Breezeway Daiquiri

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Breezeway Blend Rum

Shake with ice cubes and double-strain into a pre-chilled coupe. Enjoy

The Breezeway Serenade

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

2 1/2 oz Breezeway Blend

1/2 oz Passinola (sub passion fruit syrup)

1/2 oz Orgeat

-------------------------------------

Shake with pebble ice. Pour into a Breezeway MaiTai glass. Garnish with a thinly sliced pineapple, bunch of mint, two pineapple spears and a dehydrated lime wheel.

The Sunken Cork

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

1/2 oz Passinola (sub passion fruit syrup)

3/4 oz Falernum

2 oz Breezeway Blend

1 oz Soda Water

-------------------------------------

Shake with pebble ice, saving the soda water to pour in after mixing.Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with two pineapple spears,a dehydrated lime wheel, and a cork on a string.

    • 1.5 oz Hamilton Breezeway Blend
    • 1 oz pineapple juice
    • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
    • 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
    • 1/2 oz Falernum
    • 2 Dashes Angostura 


    Shake with ice

    Open pour into tiki mug, garnish 

    with lime boat and mint leaves

    Soak sugar cube in lemon extract 

    and place on top of lime boat

    Light on fire

    Top with cinnamon

    • 3/4 oz Lime
    • 1/2 oz Orgeat

    Blend on high with pebble ice

    • 1 oz Lime Juice
    • 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup

    • 1/4 oz Macadamia Nut Liqueur
    • 1/2 oz Hamilton 151


    Shake with ice

    Open pour into tiki mug, Garnish with lime boat and mint leaves

    • 2 oz Hamilton Breezeway Blend
    • 1/2 oz Aperol
    • 1/2 oz Cinnamon bark syrup, 1:1
    • 1 tsp Passion fruit syrup
    • 1 oz Lime juice


    Shake all ingredients with ice and 

    fine strain into a chilled coupe. 

    Garnish with a lime wheel or a 

    grapefruit twist.

    Shake with mint leaves and crushed ice.

    Pour unstrained into a double rocks glass.

    Add crushed ice to fill. 

    Dust with nutmeg and garnish with mint.

  • SPARKY'S BREEZEWAY PASSAGE

    • 2 oz Breezeway Blend
    • 1/2 oz Grapefruit (Hand Squeezed)
    • 1/2 oz Lemon (Hand Squeezed)
    • 1/4 oz Passion Fruit Syrup (Liber&Co)
    • 1/4 oz Falernum (Bg Reynolds)
    • 1/4 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup (2:1)
    • 2 Dashes Angostura
    • 1 oz Club Soda


    Whip shake all ingredients with 1 scoop pebble ice except the Club Soda. Pour the 1oz Club Soda over pebble ice half-filled

    McBiff 24 Karat Gold Zombie Puff Glass.

    Single strain the build over the ice and top with more pebble.

    Garnish with half wheel of Grapefruit inside rim with a 

    healthy sprig of Mint and straw of choice behind wheel.

    • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
    • 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
    • 1/2 oz Mo's Mix 

    (2:1 Honey With A Pat Butter)

    • 1/4 oz Pimento Dram
    • 2 1/2 oz Breezeway Blend
    • 6 Drops Absinthe
    • 4 Drops Saline


    Shake, double rocks, mint and

    • 1 1/2 oz Hamilton Breezeway Blend
